At home we had never baked a pumpkin pie, and here where we live it is very typical to eat Thanksgiving, which we celebrate in October although in the US it is celebrated in November. It’s delicious, it’s easy and inexpensive.
Pumpkin pie is a quintessential dessert that has become synonymous with the cozy, comforting flavors of fall. Made from the sweet, earthy flesh of pumpkins, this delectable treat boasts a velvety, spiced filling that harmoniously melds the warmth of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Whether enjoyed on Thanksgiving, at holiday gatherings, or simply as a delightful autumn indulgence, pumpkin pie evokes a sense of nostalgia and togetherness, making it a cherished dessert that never fails to capture the essence of the season.
