Nutella Donut

Nutella Donut

At home they don’t get tired of eating them, when it’s over I have to do more, and more, and more. The truth is that they can be eaten alone or dipped in chocolate, either white or with milk, everything goes great, it can be decorated with sprinkles or chocolate shavings.

When we go out and we have to eat on a picnic, I also take them with me, and so everyone is happy, hehe.

They are super easy to do.

INGREDIENTS

  • 120g nutella
  • 120ml milk
  • 80g sunflower oil
  • 80g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 120g all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Ā¼ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Put the nutella and the milk in a container and if it cannot be mixed easily, heat it up a bit in the microwave and thus it is much easier to stir and integrate the ingredients.
  • Add the sugar, oil and egg, little by little and without stopping stirring.
  • Finally, add the sifted flour and the baking powder.
  • Now add the salt.
  • When all the ingredients are well integrated and with the help of an ice cream serving spoon, distribute the dough in the donut molds that have been previously greased.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for approximately 18 minutes, depending on the oven.
  • Take them out of the oven and leave them on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
  • Unmold very carefully and let cool at room temperature.
  • We can eat them like this, which is how my daughters like them best, or we can bathe them with a little melted milk, black or white chocolate and wait for it to harden.
