Halloween Nutella Donut

Halloween Nutella Donut

My girls are crazy about their donuts, these are the same as always but this time they wanted to use those edible eyes that I have at home to transform the donuts into little monsters for Halloween. I hope you like them as much as they do.

INGREDIENTS

  • 120g nutella
  • 120ml milk
  • 80g sunflower oil
  • 80g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Put the nutella and milk in a container and if it cannot be mixed easily, heat it a little in the microwave and this makes it much easier to stir and integrate the ingredients.
  • Add the sugar, oil and egg, all little by little and without stopping stirring.
  • Finally, add the sifted flour and baking powder.
  • Now add the salt.
  • When all the ingredients are well integrated and with the help of an ice cream serving spoon, distribute the dough into the donut molds that have been previously greased.
  • Place it in the preheated oven at 180 C for approximately 18 minutes, depending on the oven.
  • Take them out of the oven and leave them on a rack for about 10 minutes.
  • Unmold them very carefully and let them cool to room temperature.
  • We can eat them like this, which is how my daughters like them best, or we can bathe them with a little melted milk, dark or white chocolate and wait for it to harden.
