- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 & Ā½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika

- 150g carrot
- 1L chicken broth
- 150 ml cooking cream o heavy cream

- Saute onion and garlic until light golden.
