Easy Savory Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs
  • Grated cheese
  • Corn
  • Red pepper
  • Bacon
  • Onion
  • Ground pepper
  • Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop all the ingredients that we want to put into small pieces.
  2. Beat the eggs, the amount will depend on the ingredients and the number of muffins we want to make.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a container, with the eggs, lots of grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Divide the batter into a cupcake tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 18 or 20 minutes or until the muffins are ready.
