Easy Way to Make Alioli

There are many ways to make mayonnaise, aioli is a form of mayonnaise but with a bit of spice that comes from garlic, that is, if we make a mayonnaise and add garlic, we will be cooking alioli.

This sauce is ideal to accompany different meals like a potato omelette, chicken, or fish etc.

Many people use light olive oil or sunflower oil to soften the flavor, although there are also people who prefer to do it with olive oil.

The egg we use is raw; it is recommended to use good quality pasteurized eggs to avoid salmonellosis problems. Another way to make mayonnaise or aioli (garlic) is instead of using eggs, it is made with milk and double the amount of oil, that is, if we use 100ml of milk we will have to use 200ml of oil. But keep in mind that this kind of mayonnaise has less time to be consumed.

  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley
  • 250ml sunflower oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl or blender pour all the ingredients.
  2. Put the mixer on the bottom at low speed start to beat, without moving.
  3. When the alioli begins to thicken, we will move from bottom to top, so that all the ingredients are mixed evenly.
