I looked at the fridge to see what I had to put on the sweet potatoes. The truth is that I plan to repeat the recipe because it is very yummy, because of the contrast of hot and cold, sweet and saltyā¦.

INGREDIENTS
- a couple of sweet potatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 can of tuna (80g)
- Ā¼ red onion
- 30-40g corn
- grated cheese to taste
- mayonnaise to taste
- Honey mustard to taste
- a pinch of salt
- Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Prick the sweet potatoes with a fork and wrap them in aluminum foil.
- They are taken to the oven at 200ĀŗC for 1h or 1.5h, until they are pricked with a knife and go well.
- It is removed from the oven, divided into two parts and scratched with a fork so that we detach the meat from the skin, and then we season it.
- Now we cut the avocado, the tomatoes, the purple onion into small pieces, these ingredients and all the others are poured into the sweet potato
- Finally, add the grated cheese and the mayonnaise and honey mustard sauces.
- Ready to eat.
