- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- parsley to taste
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour
- 100g mozzarella
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the breast into cubes.
- We put the breast in a bowl and add all the ingredients mentioned above and mix well, so that they are all integrated.
- With the help of a spoon, pour a little mixture into a previously heated pan, pancake style and cook it on that side, when it is done, turn it over and cook on the other side.
- When the chicken pancake is cooked on both sides, it will be ready to eat and enjoy.
