Delicious Stewed Chops

Trying to look for new foods, I saw these chops and I wanted to try them, the truth is that I got the idea and then I added what I like and had at home. The truth is that the result was spectacular.

INGREDIENTS

  • Pork chops
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Cayenne
  • Black peppermint
  • Rosemary
  • Clove
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Laurel
  • Roasted red pepper
  • Dried tomato
  • Chicken soup
  • Turmeric

DIRECTIONS

  • Season the chops with salt, ground pepper and turmeric.
  • Sear the chops in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Lower the heat, cover it and let it cook for about 15 or 20 minutes so that it releases broth.
  • Now add all the other ingredients, such as potatoes, carrots, spices and broth and let it cook until the chops and vegetables are ready.
