At home, as in many others, we are big fans of Nutella and brownies, because the truth is that we all like chocolate, well my husband, not much, but I have to confess that this brownie drives him crazy. And since we are in Halloween week and around here everything is costumes, crafts… well, we have had to transform some pieces of brownie with Halloween decorations. I hope and wish that everyone enjoys this nutella brownie.
INGREDIENTS
- 83g flour
- 100g dark chocolate
- 150g nutella
- 150g sunflower oil
- 250g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 or 150g of nutella (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl we put the flour, salt and baking powder, mix it all well and reserve for a little later.
- In another bowl suitable for the microwave, pour the chocolate, the sugar, the oil and the nutella, take it to the microwave and melt it in batches of 30 or 35 seconds, every time that time passes, take it out of the microwave and move it, and if not is ready it goes back to put again another 30 seconds.
- Now add the eggs one by one, stirring constantly.
- Time to add the vanilla.
- Now the dry ingredients are added with the help of a strainer to be able to sift well.
- Put a little baking paper in a mold of 21 cm x 21 cm.
- Pour the total dough into the mold or in this case I can half, now with the help of a pastry bag we put the 100 or 150 g of Nutella distributed over the dough and cover with the remaining dough.
- It is taken to the preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 or 35 minutes, until when we move it the center does not move as if it were liquid.
