At home we really like rice in all its forms. This time I have prepared it fried, which was super good and it is very easy to prepare. In this case I have used basmati integral rice so that it has more fiber and is healthier. You can prepare the rice for this recipe or you can use the leftovers from the day before. What gives it such a good point are the soy sauce and others and of course, the egg and the vegetables that it contains.
It can be eaten as is or with any chicken, shrimp, beef cooked using Chinese cuisine, for example sweet and sour chicken. Or you can also eat it with a couple of fried eggs.
If you want to surprise your guests with a different accompaniment, this rice is ideal, because it is tasty and easy to prepare.

- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 cup frozen carrot and peas
- 3 cups of cooked brown rice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce

- Finally we add the onion and the egg that we reserved at the beginning and also the spring onion, we move so that everything is integrated.
- Ready to eat and store.
