My girls are crazy about their donuts, these are the same as always but this time they wanted to use those edible eyes that I have at home to transform the donuts into little monsters for Halloween. I hope you like them as much as they do.
INGREDIENTS
- 120g nutella
- 120ml milk
- 80g sunflower oil
- 80g sugar
- 1 egg
- 120g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
- Put the nutella and milk in a container and if it cannot be mixed easily, heat it a little in the microwave and this makes it much easier to stir and integrate the ingredients.
- Add the sugar, oil and egg, all little by little and without stopping stirring.
- Finally, add the sifted flour and baking powder.
- Now add the salt.
- When all the ingredients are well integrated and with the help of an ice cream serving spoon, distribute the dough into the donut molds that have been previously greased.
- Place it in the preheated oven at 180 C for approximately 18 minutes, depending on the oven.
- Take them out of the oven and leave them on a rack for about 10 minutes.
- Unmold them very carefully and let them cool to room temperature.
- We can eat them like this, which is how my daughters like them best, or we can bathe them with a little melted milk, dark or white chocolate and wait for it to harden.
