INGREDIENTS
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 200 to 250g of Nutella
- 1 egg
- Icing sugar, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Open one of the puff pastry sheets and with the help of a knife or spatula spread the Nutella all over the place.
- Place the other puff pastry sheet on top, being careful not to break it.
- Cut the puff pastry into a triangle and a rectangle below to simulate the trunk.
- In the triangle part, make a straight cut almost halfway on both sides, then roll up the tips.
- With the remaining puff pastry, you can cut a star or the figures you want to add to your tree.
- With the help of a brush, paint the tree with a beaten egg.
- Bake for 10 or 12 minutes at 230C, or according to the instructions on your puff pastry.
- Let it cool to room temperature, sprinkle a little icing sugar and it’s ready to eat.
