Stewed pork ribs

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5kg pork ribs
  • 1 ½ head of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 350ml beer
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • 12 black peppers
  • 10 nails
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 stock cube
  • ¼ tsp ground chili
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp thyme powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. First, put oil in a pot (one finger) and add the garlic one by one but without peeling.
  2. Now add the ribs and salt, pepper (to taste), peppers, cloves, bay leaf, oregano, paprika, thyme and parsley and cook it over medium high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time so that it does not stick.
  3. Now we add the stock cube and when it dissolves, add the beer and cook until the alcohol evaporates.
  4. Finally, add the chicken broth and cook over medium low heat until the ribs are done and the broth is reduced to create the fantastic sauce.
