The carrot cake is a very delicious cake, maybe because the mix of nuts, the walnuts give you the crunchy, the raisins that extra sweetness. The mixture of spices also gives it a very rich touch, I personally love spices in everything. To finish and give it even more flavor, that cream cheese frosting is great. There are carrot cakes that open in the middle to put the cheese frosting, but I have put this one on top, to make it look more beautiful.
The original Brownie is a chocolate cake with walnuts and without yeast or baking powder, the result, according to tradition, of a culinary accident: a mistake by a cook who forgot to put baking powder in the chocolate cake he was making. But today it can be done in many ways, omit the nuts and add other ingredients such as almonds, pistachios, use more chocolates on top such as snickers, kinder Bueno, kit kat… the chocolate that we like the most.
Tres leches cake or three milk cake is heavenly. When put a spoonful in the mouth, you will feel the mixture of three different types of milk – evaporated milk, condensed milk and heavy cream. Once you put a scoop of your favorite ice cream on the top of the cake, you will literally see we call it a lava cake as a hot stream of ice lava will start to move down with pieces of molten chocolate cake rock with it!
