The White Chocolate and Oreo Magnum ice cream is a delightful treat that combines the luxurious sweetness of white chocolate with the irresistible crunch of Oreo cookies. Encased in a thick, creamy white chocolate shell, this ice cream features a velvety center made with rich vanilla ice cream and chunks of Oreo cookies. The contrast of the smooth, creamy ice cream and the crunchy, chocolaty Oreo pieces makes for a perfect blend of flavors and textures. It’s a decadent indulgence that satisfies both chocolate and cookie cravings in one delicious bite.

This week I have made these ice creams with the help of my girls, my favorite cooks, it is very easy and they are delicious. This mix of crunchy white chocolate, with the vanilla inside with the oreo bits… makes my mouth water. You will tell me.

INGREDIENTS

Stuffed:

  • 400ml cream (35% MG)
  • 200ml condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 10 oreo cookies

Coverage:

  • 400g white chocolate
  • 90g coconut oil
  • 40g chopped biscuits

DIRECTIONS

  • The cookies are broken with the help of a knife or by hitting them.
  • We beat the cold cream until it is almost assembled.
  • Now add the vanilla and condensed milk and mix with a spatula to integrate everything well.
  • The time has come to add the split cookies and mix everything well.
  • Put it in the ice cream molds that we have and cover it with the skin to take it to the freezer for 8 hours or until the next day.
  • The coverage is made by melting the white chocolate with the coconut oil in a bain-marie or in the microwave (little by little) and add the broken Oreos in the chocolate.
  • The mixture is poured into a tall glass and when the ice cream is unmolded, it is inserted into the chocolate, removed and allowed to rest on baking paper, placed in the freezer until it solidifies and can be enjoyed.
  • To store them, they can all be put together in a glass container or individually they can be wrapped in transparent paper.
